[mythtv-users] Wrong shows recorded

I've seen this happen on my set-up.  Two causes I can identify:
-1- Any schedule on QAM get mercilessly twisted by the cableco. Appears 
they really would prefer to not broadcast on unscrambled QAM.
-2- If you use a cable box, and thus some method to change it's channel; 
if the change method fails for some reason, it will default to lowest 
channel available to record.
