[mythtv-users] Best settings for transcoding HD content to save space?

I've been looking at my drive space wondering if I can trim down per/show usage by good transcoding settings.

So I thought I'd solicit the group to see how they have their transcoders set..

I do have a 42" LCD -- so I'd like to be able to watch the HD stuff back on that without cringing.

(So just the high quality settings and what program is your myth set to use?)
