I stand corrected. Mythvideo with a grabber appears to pull in the 
episode image "artwork" from thetvdb.com. (at least I have screenshots 
on my backend that match what I see on the site for the episodes in videos)

I'd still like to see separate images for "bookmark location" > "fanart" 
(non-spoiler action shot) > automatically generated screenshot. And I'd 
appreciate if they worked the same in both mythvideo and recordings. :)
