You can do the opposite, if it helps. Go to frontend->Settings-><br>
General->Monitor CD/DVD (5th screen in) and check the Monitor<br>
box, then in Ignore devices: put the drive you don't want to<br>
'stick'. For example, /dev/sr0.<br>

Works for me (but, I'm running 0.25pre.)<br>
