I added a GT430 to my system to be able to get audio over HDMI to my TV while I was moving house. I had to back-port the media tree to get audio to work, I followed
<a href="http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1668737" target="_blank">http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1668737</a> &nbsp; but since then it has been dandy. System is Ubuntu 10.04<br>

(I knew i would not get my amp up for a few months, and my TV does not support to use video from HDMI and audio from another input).<br>
<br>

Now, my amp is installed, but my on board audio is missing.<br>
<br>
Motherboard is: GA-73PVM-S2H<br>
<br>
Onboard audio is enabled in BIOS.<br>
