the stuff on that page about what happens if you Change the hostname.<br>

Oh and if you read the page you referenced all the way to the bottom<br>
including the comments you'll see it as probably a mistake to have used<br>
those instructions.<br>
<br></blockquote><div><br>I had changed the hostname & also IP which is why I had started afresh.<br><br>I found out the solution is again at the bottom of the page I referred. I had to change the hostname is all the recording entries in the database to the new hostname. <br>
<br>update recorded set hostname='newhostname' where hostname='oldhostname'<br><br>Now all is well.<br><br>Thanks <br></div></div>
