What's Broken?

I'm not really sure, but I wanted to make sure this "hack" got documented here for those that have the issue. Hopefully someone that knows what the problem is can fill this section out...

How Do I Enable It?

following changeset [13993] in SVN (so to be included in the 0.21 release), adding "BrokenI420Hack" into the settings table in sql with a value of "1" will enable this hack.

The following note was placed into the source code,

The following is a workaround for the ATI Proprietary driver and  
the Intel IEGD driver for the i830M chipset (as of Oct 1st, 2006). 
Please report the problem to the driver developers as well, the more 
people report the bug in the driver the more likely it is to be 
fixed.
