DVB-S does not work because LNB is not setup

If you see error messages like the following in the output from mythbackend when it is started: 

DiSeqCDevTree, Warning: No device tree for cardid 9
DVBChan(9:1) Warning: Your frequency setting (11836500) is out of range. (min/max:950000/2150000)
DiSeqCDevTree, Error: No root device tree node!
DVBChan(9:1) Error: tune(): Failed to setup DiseqC devices
DVBChan(9:1) Error: setChannelByString(51): Tuning to frequency.

Then it is probably caused by the LNB not being setup for the DVB-S card. Use mythtvsetup to select LNB as DiSeqC for that card even if you do not have a DiSeqC!
