MythTV Official Wiki:Naming conventions

Todo. I think I'll copy it directly from Wikipedia for now, but there are several sections that don't need to be there (I don't think we'll be starting articles on aircraft or animals, for example ;-)), and others that do (e.g. Capture cards (and other hardware). I think the Capture Cards naming conventions section should be based on the naming convention on aircraft from Wikipedia, in the aspect that we should name Capture Card articles as "Manufacturer modelnumber," with no alternative names, such as "Hauppauge PVR-250," not "PVR-250." --TylerDrake 23:54, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
