The notes for the ATSC version state a MicroNAS DRXJ chip that is not supported. From what I can tell the version 2 of hdhomerun uses the same chip and is fully supported. I missing something here. don't drivers go off the chip? Why would one work and not the other?
The HDHomeRun is an ethernet device with its own API, it's not accessed through a v4l driver. This device is a USB device that need a driver on the host it's installed on.
