say, can anyone tell me how to make a suggestion for mythtv? i would like to import pvr recording commands, like the .tvpi files from titantv. i don't want to screen grab or macro the function, i just want to use titantv as my tv listings, then click on the show i want to watch on the titantv website and have mythtv record it.

A simple enough feature considering they have an XML data format and everything. I wrote up a smallish script that parses these files, matches the show against your local EPG data, and creates a new recording rule. It works, but I honestly don't see the point other than it being a bit faster than MythWeb. Their remote scheduling queue tied to their iPhone app looks interesting, but I cannot find any documentation on how to access that. well, no , i don't want to use MythWeb for tv listings, want to just use titantv's pvr command functions to schedule recordings on my MythTV even if there is no EPG data in that time spot.

That way i would not be violating titantv's TOS.

If MythTV does not have guide data at that time spot, you need to file a ticket with Schedules Direct. wagnerrp 02:46, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

actually, i'm just using the OTA EPG. i don't want or need any other listing providers (don't even want the OTA) , just titantv's website.
