From MythTV

MythPlugins is a set of plugins for the frontend of MythTV. (There's also MythWeb included, which is not a plugin but to that later.). Since the Version 0.17 all the official plugins are included in this Package.

Getting the newest Version

To get the newest Version of MythPlugins, you can use subversion to checkout the latest revision of either the development branch or the stable fixes branch. You can also find a tarball on the mythtv.org website where links to other Binary distributions can be found.

Installation

Please refer to the official documentation on http://www.mythtv.org for details on compiling the source for plugins

Building your own plugin

You can find more information about how you can build your own plug-in for MythTV (or convert and existing program)in the Plug-in_developers_guide
