I think the layout should go

Installing mytv->Distro (Fedora/Gentoo/Ubuntu)->Distro Version (if applicateable) (fc4, fc5, etc)->mythtv version (0.18, 0.19, svn) -> Arch (x86, a64) (if applicatable) -> instructions.
