Talk:MythFlix README
From MythTV
what about zip.ca - the Canadian equivalent?
Is it possible to add a movie to your queue from the "browse" menu? I sure can't figure out how..
- If it's set up correctly, pressing ENTER on any movie will add it to your queue --Kkuphal 03:23, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
I can veiw my queue no problem, but can't make any changes to it. I've check all the docs, and I'm pretty sure I follwed the directions. Any help?
- I have found that you must run mythfrontend with root priviledges in order for these functions to work. I'll start a new subject on it.

Root priviledges needed for proper funcitonaltiy
Hi, I've noticed that if I run mythfrontend as root (or administrator) I can make changes to my queue but not as the mythtv user. I tried changing the mythflix folder permissions but it didn't work. Is there a way to enable this functionality for all users?
- Solution: From the readme, you MUST run ./mythflix.pl -L <username> <passwd> as the user who will be running mythfrontend (mythtv user)
When I run ./netflix.pl -L <username> <passwd>, I get a status code error of 500, sometimes 200. Am I missing something?
