I would like to motion that something be said about the transcoding issues related to the TV402U. I purchased this item think it would be a great tuner, but found that trying to transcode a video to remove commercials resulted in garbled, useless video. I've been working to find a solution, but in the mean time I think people should have fair warning when using the wiki to choose a tuner. - AusIV
