Versioning
Not that anyone is reading my page, but I'll do my part to help with versioning:
root@mythmaster:~# mythbackend --version Library API version: 0.20.20060828-3 Source code version: 11768M Options compiled in: linux release using_v4l using_oss using_alsa using_arts using_ivtv using_lirc using_x11 using_xv using_xrandr using_xvmc using_frontend using_backend
This is the version that all of the below listings are based on.

Pinnacle PCTV HD USB Pro Stick notes
My steps to get this stick working with Slackware 12.0, 2.6.24.3
hg clone http://mcentral.de/hg/~mrec/v4l-dvb-kernel cd v4l-dvb-kernel/linux cp -ar * /usr/src/linux cd .. make make install reboot
The modules em2800-dvb and em28xx are automatically inserted at boot. Run mythtv-setup and add the card as a USB DVB device and scan for channels!
