Troubleshooting:'ID "c7" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

You have an application set to automatically run on a specific virtual terminal (in /etc/inittab). That application is terminating immediately on start, causing the terminal rate limiter to go into effect.

Check system logs to determine what your application is failing. Good places to check would be:

MythFrontend:    /var/log/mythtv/
Xorg:            /var/log/Xorg.0.log
System messages: /var/log/messages
