- I don't know that we need permission, but searchboxes can't be in this area (they're in a seperate PHP file that has to be configured manually), and Isaac hasn't yet emailed me the PHP file to customize the search boxes ;-)

Alternate way to get to Beirdo's site
On my wiki site, I have this on mediawiki:sidebar :
** http://mythtv.beirdo.ca|Beirdo's MythTV FAQ
...which seems to work at automatically forwarding to the site. Another possibility is to move the ircfaq-url page into the mediawiki namespace. --Gregturn 00:57, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
