Hauppauge Computer Works - Produces several lines of PVRs.

LinuxTV has information on supported cards.

Important.png Note: As of September 2014, Hauppauge has released newer versions on many of their digital and hybrid tuners (usually ending in ...5, as in HVR-2255). These newer tuners are NOT currently supported in the mainline (free) Linux kernel. Updates (if any) would be posted on the LinuxTV site. Furthermore, Hauppauge has performed a rolling upgrade on their tuner line and the new tuner versions are shipped in the old boxes, meaning that it is not possible to insure that a newly purchased card will work in Linux (and people have been receiving cards that do not work in Linux).

Important.png Note: As of Jan 2016, Hauppauge have released drivers for some of their newer cards http://www.hauppauge.com/site/support/linux.html
