Talk:User Manual:Diagnosing Problems

Would it make sense to move the Troubleshooting pages into the User Manual? Links to the specific Troubleshooting examples could be gathered here. Seems like a major change to me and I don't want to move lots of pages as a new contributor. Any advice is much appreciated.
