I guess I'm the only one using this theme since its been dropped in 0.22. Unfortunately my wife is not so amenable to random changes, and now I'm in trouble because things don't look right! I'm not complaining that MythTV doesn't include this theme any more, but that it deleted it on an upgrade. That's not kosher. [[User:Ajshea|Ajshea]] 18:32, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

:It would not have continued to work with 0.22, the xml/ui format changed. You can continue to use 0.21 indefinitely, no-one is forcing you to upgrade.

Revision as of 19:18, 12 November 2009

Updating this page as I learn and discover a lot of what I wanted to cover is already well documented elsewhere. I'm attempting to document this section in a top down manner. i.e. Here are the menus, where is the information? As opposed to bottom up. i.e. I want to do function X, how do I get there? I think the HOWTO's cover the bottom up approach.

These are my confused thoughts as a brand new MythTV user, who is quite pleased with the system so far, and am working to "help" if I can.

It would not have continued to work with 0.22, the xml/ui format changed. You can continue to use 0.21 indefinitely, no-one is forcing you to upgrade.
