Updating this page as I learn and discover a lot of what I wanted to cover is already well documented elsewhere. I'm attempting to document this section in a top down manner. i.e. Here are the menus, where is the information? As opposed to bottom up. i.e. I want to do function X, how do I get there? I think the HOWTO's cover the bottom up approach.
These are my confused thoughts as a brand new MythTV user, who is quite pleased with the system so far, and am working to "help" if I can.

- It would not have continued to work with 0.22, the xml/ui format changed. You can continue to use 0.21 indefinitely, no-one is forcing you to upgrade.
