Hi, I'm the anon above you.  I just wanted to add that since it looks like this is a MythTV restriction and nothing more, switching the modules out in my script was not necessary.  Now I just load both modules at boot, and the script only switches the databases, not the modules.  --[[User:RoundsToZero|RoundsToZero]] 18:01, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

Can anyone comment or point to a mailing list thread about how support for both the digital and analog portions of the HD3000 will work? Right now I'm using a script to switch between two mythconverg databases: one set up for digital and the other for analog. It also has to switch the modules cx88-dvb/cx8800. When I tried having them loaded at the same time and watching something in MythTV, it didn't work (this was with 0.18.1). --24.147.68.89 23:40, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
