RELEASE -- MythTV v0.20.2 has been tagged for release today, Friday 24th August 2007 (GMT). The official release announcement and download links will follow shortly. This bug fix release includes support for the new Schedules Direct service which replaces Zap2It. For a list of changes and bugs addressed by this release see the changelog at Release Notes - 0.20.2 and Release_Notes - 0.20.1 --GBee 18:25, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

Note - The version 0.21 preliminary release notes are getting a bit long in the tooth; presumably whomever was working on them has gotten busier. If anyone's looking for something to do on the wiki, reading the svn updates and updating that page'd be cool.  :-) --Baylink 18:32, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

RELEASE -- MythTV v0.20 was officially released at 0316EDT on Monday 11 Sep 2006. The link to the release announcement and download links is at the top of the page. Remember to back up your database before upgrading, and run mythtv-setup afterwards. Feel free to write up your upgrade process and put it in Category:Upgrading. This morning's Slashdotting appears to have subsided, though downloads may still be slow. Welcome aboard, new users!

RELEASE BUG -- The mythplugins tarball released Monday morning apparently acquired a small problem in the packaging process, and installs a MythWeb that won't work. If you grabbed it, and use that, and have that problem, you can grab an updated copy of just that tarball now. This also applies to early ATRPMs packages; I *think* Axel has updated ones up now. Axel's YUM and similar repositories are shipping0.20, he says, even though his web pages haven't caught up yet. --Baylink 16:18, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
