As I believe I replied to you somewhere else, the " 2f" thing in page names is an artifact of the conversion process -- it's a slash ("/") in URLescape notation. There should be no active pages with that in them by the time we're done. And please, spend a little more time MediaWWiking around before you start making structural changes (like redirecting your Usertalk page -- from which you *will* be notified when someone send you a message) to a Talk page, from which you will not.
